
Thursday Tune-Up is a weekly reset designed to strengthen your body, release tension, and leave you feeling tuned-up and refreshed. This is a beginner friendly class. Options, alternatives and props are offered. Tune-up yoga is set to a grooving soundtrack allowing you to sink into the postures while you listen to your body or the beat.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, but mats and props are provided.

Donation Yoga is taught by a rotation of teachers. Props and mats are available at no charge, or bring your own.

This will be a faster paced flow style class with music to support an active and playful practice. Â
Moments of spontaneous dance and funky moves to move through a full range of emotions.
Melissa will guide the students through spaces in the body that tend to hold us in "funky" patterns both physically and mentally.

This class combines techniques from Randi's 16 years as a massage therapist, including nerve flossing, postural alignment and lymphatic drainage. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, with greater ease and deeper connections to your body.

A challenging class for those seeking more advanced postures such as arm balances, back bends, binds, and inversions.

This class is designed for rest and relaxation, holding fewer postures for longer periods of time, with the support of bolsters, blankets, and straps to help you find a deeper sense of peace and stillness.

This class focuses on slow, intentional movement for those that enjoy a calmer practice, inviting you to bring more awareness to your body.

Visiting the foundations of subtle strength to create stability and stretching to address habitual pain patterns. The goal of the practice is to create good space and create sustainable ways to live in our bodies.Â

Start with some passive movements and stretches, slowly working up to a nice fiery flow before we end up in savasana.

This is a restorative yoga class designed for rest and relaxation. Postures are held for longer periods of time with the support of bolsters, blankets, and straps to help you relax into the posture, calming the nervous system and healing the body and mind from chronic stress.

Midweek got you down? Get happy at Happy Hour Yoga! We will explore traditional yoga postures, working through both strengthening and stretching. We will explore both active and more relaxing postures, allowing plenty of time to both warm up and cool down. Positive vibes and random affirmations to be expected!
