Where Heart Meets Art

Where Heart Meets Art

Where Heart Meets Art is space to slowdown, soften, and create with intention. On the first Saturday of every month, from 12-2pm, we gather to connect - beginning on the floor with gentle somatic practices to settle the nervous system, easing into a slow, supportive yoga sequence, and then moving on into guided visualization and expressive art that invites you to listen inward with curiosity and care. Everything is optional. You are welcome exactly as you are.

What to expect:

  • gentle, floor based movement

  • slow, supportive yoga

  • guided imagery/visualization

  • expressive art-making (February theme: Heart Maps)

  • optional sharing + integration

Details
First Saturdays | 12–2pm • $30 per person or $50 for 2, register online. All supplies provided (you’re welcome to bring favorites if you’d like)

Do You Yin

In a world that constantly asks you to do more, this class asks you to do less. This isn't about the perfect shape; it's about the perfect feeling.

We will hold poses for 3-5 minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues and hitting pause on the mental grind. No judgment, no performance, no "shoulds." Just you, the mat, and the breath.

Whether you are tight, tired, or just need a moment to yourself—come do you.
