Thursday Tune-Up

Thursday Tune-Up is a weekly reset designed to strengthen your body, release tension, and leave you feeling tuned-up and refreshed. This is a beginner friendly class. Options, alternatives and props are offered. Tune-up yoga is set to a grooving soundtrack allowing you to sink into the postures while you listen to your body or the beat.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, but mats and props are provided.

Monday Mix with Mel

This is an asana class that embodies Mel's signature style. If you don't know what that is, know that you will be challenged, yet supported, with compassion, humor and nurturing.  Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, that's why she calls it a MIX, You know ? 

Creative sequencing with variations and adaptations for most bodies, fundamental knowledge of yoga asana is a plus, the beginning student may feel like it is "a lot" the first few times, but then slip into the compassionate flow.  The practiced yogi may sometimes be invited to take the beginners mind to re-imagine what they thought they knew. 

Mel is an ERYT 500HR teacher and Owner of Cactus Flower School of Yoga, she is well equipped to meet the student where they are and take tender care of the tradition of yoga in a modern, western setting.

Sacred Spine with Blake

This gentle class focuses on alignment, support and love of our sacred spine. We will move through traditional asana postures with attention to the spine. Foam rollers are an integral part of this practice.

Community Yoga

Community Yoga is taught by a rotation of teachers. Props and mats are available at no charge, or bring your own.

UnFunk yourself with Funky Flow with Mel

This will be a faster paced flow style class with music to support an active and playful practice.  

Moments of spontaneous dance and funky moves to move through a full range of emotions.

Melissa will guide the students through spaces in the body that tend to hold us in "funky" patterns both physically and mentally.

Student's will be encourage to rest and stretch themselves throughout the practice.

This class will be a mix of yin, restorative and facial massage and relief.

Social Stretch with Randi

Join us for a casual gathering to unwind on your mat while catching up with friends.

As you move through gentle stretches and poses of your choice, share stories and laughter. The emphasis is on creating a space for connection and relaxation while nurturing your body.

This class is not guided step by step, but you’re encouraged to seek inspiration from others, with the yoga teacher available for guidance when needed.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, come together to stretch and enjoy the joy of connection. Bring a friend or make new ones in this casual class.

Gentle Yoga with Randi

This class combines techniques from Randi's 16 years as a massage therapist, including nerve flossing, postural alignment and lymphatic drainage. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, with greater ease and deeper connections to your body.

Yoga Nidra with Megan

Calm the nervous system through guided meditation and hands on assistance to help you relax more deeply, finding yourself in a state between wakefulness and sleep. Students will be lying down in a comfortable position with props and relaxing music.
